PowerHouse Online

Terms of Service.

Who I am

I am Ryan Hall, a sole trader in England and Wales, trading as PowerHouse Online. These terms are the contract between you and me for the accounts, programmes, coaching, calls, and messages on this website.

Email: ryanhally16@outlook.com.

Postal address: [BUSINESS POSTAL ADDRESS].

You must be 18 or over to create an account or pay. This site is not for children.

What you are buying

Prices are in pounds sterling. I am not VAT registered, so the price you see is the full price. No VAT is added.

One-off programmes, paid once. A programme is a written training plan that opens in your hub:

  • Force — £99
  • Fight Camp — £49
  • Strong Engine — £39
  • Kettlebell Conditioner — £29
  • Superwoman — £99
  • Glutes — £39
  • Feminine Full Body — £49

1:1 online coaching is £149 a month. That is a subscription, not a one-off programme. I write your training, you check in, and we can message and book a call. The plan can change when sleep, work, injury, or the next fight or race gets in the way.

An intro call is free and lasts 30 minutes. It is not a purchase and it does not unlock a programme.

Accounts

You need an account to use the hub, buy, book a call, send an enquiry, or message me. You give your name and email, and either a password for this site or a sign-in through Google or X. Keep your login to yourself. Tell me if you think someone else is using it.

After you create an account I ask a short welcome form: your name, what you are training for, your training experience, any injuries you choose to mention, and which programme or coaching interests you. Injuries are health data. You can leave that box blank.

Payment

Stripe takes the payment. I do not see or store your card number. A programme or coaching plan opens in your hub only after Stripe confirms the payment. A failed or abandoned payment unlocks nothing.

Coaching renews every month until you cancel it. Each renewal is another payment of £149, taken by Stripe on the same cycle as the first payment. If a coaching payment fails, the hub shows a payment problem and the plan stays closed until the payment goes through.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase of digital content, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Because the programme is available in the hub as soon as the payment is confirmed, that right only stays in place if I wait.

Before you pay, you tick that you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, that you want immediate access, and that you understand you lose the 14-day cancellation right once you do. If you tick that and the payment goes through, I start giving you the programme straight away, and you cannot then cancel under the 14-day rule just because you have changed your mind.

That does not remove your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the programme or coaching is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If something I sold you is wrong, email ryanhally16@outlook.com and I will put it right, which can include a repair, a replacement, or a refund where the law says so.

You can cancel coaching by emailing ryanhally16@outlook.com. I will cancel the subscription with Stripe. I do not take another payment after the cancellation has gone through. Access ends when the paid period ends.

The hub

Once you have access, the hub is where the work lives. You can:

  • read the sessions in a programme you have paid for, and log sets, reps, and weight
  • send messages to me, including a photo or a short video
  • send a weekly check-in, including up to four photos you choose to attach
  • book a call that I have opened in the diary

I can see that information on my private dashboard. Other members cannot. Do not send anything in a message, a photo, or a video that you would not want me to see.

Health and safety

I am a coach, not a doctor, physiotherapist, or dietitian. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment. If you have a condition, an injury, or any doubt about training, check with your GP before you start.

Train within your ability. Stop if something hurts in the wrong way. You are responsible for how you use the sessions. I am not liable for injury that comes from misuse, from ignoring the plan, or from training through a problem you should have had checked.

Acceptable use

Access is for you. One purchase is one person. You agree that you will not:

  • share your login, or let someone else train from your account
  • copy, record, share, or resell the sessions, wording, or videos
  • use a programme to coach other people
  • abuse me or anyone else in an enquiry, a call, a message, a photo, or a video
  • upload anything unlawful, or anything that is not yours to send
  • try to break, scrape, or interfere with the site

If you break these terms I can close your account and remove your access. If I do that because of misuse, I do not have to refund the unused part of a programme. I will still follow the law.

Intellectual property

The programmes, wording, and the PowerHouse Online name are mine. Buying a programme gives you a personal licence to use it for your own training. It does not give you ownership of it.

Photos, videos, messages, and lift logs you upload stay yours. You give me a licence to store them and use them to coach you, and for nothing else. I do not publish them.

Limits of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law says I cannot exclude or limit.

Apart from that, I am not liable for loss of profit, missed competitions, or other indirect loss. If I am liable to you for a purchase, my total liability is limited to what you paid me for that programme or, for coaching, what you paid me in the month the problem happened.

Changes, and the law

I can update these terms. The new version will be on this page with a new date. A purchase you have already paid for stays on the terms in force when you paid, unless a change is required by law. If you buy something after the date changes, the new terms apply to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will hear a dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use the courts of the country you live in.
